Lucid Coaching is a business and personal coaching service for executives and professionals offered by Phyllis Ponte. I work with people from varied backgrounds and personal styles, and I have a special affinity for individuals with "hard" science backgrounds who work in the biotech, pharmaceutical, and high tech industries.

I work as a partner with the client to help him/her define and reach their goals - whether personal or professional, concrete or abstract, using the process described on the Coaching FAQs/Links page.

My ability to combine my gifts for intuition and perception with excellent analytical skills help my clients quickly get to the root of issues. Together we develop solutions that work quickly for you.
